Returns & Refunds
30-day returns. If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery. This applies to every item, including items bought in the Spring Sale or as part of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer.
How to start a return
Email us at support@luxeditmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, so we can match your parcel to your order.
Change-of-mind returns
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
- Buy 2 Get 1 Free orders: if you return part of the order, the free pair is re-calculated on the items you keep, so the refund is the amount you actually paid for the returned items.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
3-month warranty
All our sunglasses come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a photo of the defect. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
